Autohaus Pappas

This is a mix between a car dealer, museum, workshop and entertainment centre. It is situated next to one of Salzburg main entrance highways, and is mainly viewed from cars passing by at high speed. The concept of the dynamics and movements of cars is used as a theme throughout the whole setup. Visitors can move inside the building as if it were a public street: parking, taking corners, driving up to the next level. Each part of this building is reachable by car: the workshops, car showroom and sales and gallery. On the upper floors lie the offices of the Pappas Concern; they have a fantastic view on the Alps at the horizon and the runways of the Salzburg Airport.
