New Jundrov

Four apartment houses with two entrances each are placed into a slope at the very fringe of the city. The slope is used to place the underground garages and to create terraces that define the space between the houses and guarantees the privacy of the gardens of the ground floor apartments. The houses have two to three full floors and the upper floor is set-back. The special qualities of the houses are the big balconies that allow to place there a real dining table, the generous entrance halls and the naturally top-lit staircases. The monochromatic look of the building elements gives the houses their compact appearance.
