By its grouped mass and materiality the building fits into the built surroundings and into the landscape of the valley. To allow the elderly to "feel like at home", there are a workshop, appropriates spaces for breeding of small animals and for indoor and outdoor plant breeding. Jan Linek is known for many homes for the elderly in Czech Republic.
