SEB Bank & Pension
SEB Headquarters is located near the harbour and Kalvebod Wharf. The building complex frames a sloping landscape that rises 7 meters from Bernstorffsgade to the sites southern border.
The buildings volumes are derived from the location and sight lines to the harbour and city, incorporating a flexible, open plan that allows spacious, well-lit work areas arranged around circular cores containing elevators, toilets, and service shafts.
The facades consist of storey-high glass partitions in a staggered rhythm with inset, copper-clad floor bands.
The sloping landscape covers the parking and technical areas while giving pedestrian and cycle access to a planned green park that will stretch to Dybbølsbro at the South Harbour.
