Le Cube Orange
This office building and designer showroom is situated at the old Industrial 'Port Rambaud' harbour, next to the new 'Confluences' development area, not far from the centre of Lyon.
The strong iconic character is given by the monolithic form and the orange perforated steel plates with different and irregular hole sizes who covers the building.
The Cube is situated next to the Saone river. On the riverside a big hole goes through the building and breaks it's monotony.
A second cube in green colour and with two holes will be build next to the orange cube in 2013.
