The modernization of Curial center is an answer to the problems caused by the integration of existing buildings in urban spaces generated by the enclosing of housing buildings.
With a work of conversion and distortion, the front is fully re-modelled and offers a game of colours and forms.
In that way, the building bring some offbeat in a neighbourhood suffering from a severe texture. The environmental approach is expressed in: Heat recovery ventilation; Controlled consumption; Materials with low grey energy; Solventless paint.
