The Notre Dame de Pentecôte Church was designed by Paris-based architect Franck Hammoutène with his competition winning design. The giant translucent glass wall at the front of the church is 115-feet tall but only 31 inches thick and can be seen from 2 km away. The building won the 2002 DuPont Benedictus Award.
