In the Marco Polo Tower 58 apartments are located at 15 floors in a tower of about 55 meters high - typically four per floor. The apartments vary between 60 and 340m². The m² price varies widely from 3,500 to 10,000 euro. The moving shape of the building results that virtually no floor plan is like another. Bearing walls were reduced to a minimum, the user can thus organize the space according to his own preferences. On the other hand, the architects have been trying hard to include the panoramas, vistas and the incidence of light on the times of the day in the spatial and architectural concept of the tower. With its soft, round polished contours the tower stands out significantly together with Christoph Ingenhoven's oval residential tower at Kaiserkai from the mass of new buildings.
