Oval
The slogan "Lebens(t)räume am Strom", meaning living dreams and spaces near the river, constitutes the basic theme for this residential project that imetas Hamburg, Büro Ingenhoven und Partner Architekten and Primus Immobilien AG developed. The oval residential tower by the future Tall Ship Harbour is an eye catcher; the building's succinct shape forms an important contrast to the adjacent buildings. Apartments that are flooded with light and which can be designed individually are located on eleven floors offering impressive views over HafenCity, Speicherstadt, the River Elbe and downtown Hamburg. The units range from 58 m2 to 300 m². 'Kontor am Kaiserkai', an office building with six floors featuring a leasing space of approximately 3,875 m², will be created next to the residential tower (text from HafenCity Hamburg).
