Two Harbour Buildings
Like its big brothers in Rotterdam, Hamburg, London and Genoa, Münster's canal harbour (released from servitude) is in the process of becoming a new urban quarter. With a bar and café mile, it is a melancholic, post-industrial hangout for artists and architects. No. 14 and no. 16, like their warehouse predecessors, are ambivalent as to exactly what goods or activities they host. Deep (22m) loft plans facilitate a multitude of layouts. The façades on the other hand are specific and character giving (text from website architects).

it´s absolutely the opposit of a hangout for artists and architects!
it´s more a meeting point for wannabees and people from the urban hinterland.
