The programme for this private house is mostly organized on one single floor, except for one bedroom and the office that are situated at first floor level. The ground floor is divided into three zones: the bedrooms, the living room and kitchen. Looking at the exterior, the house consists of 3 volumes. The living room and the kitchen open towards the main garden through double height windows which provide the illumination of the office on the upper floor at the same time. The rooms have vast windows to the garden. The living room, the dining room and the office on the first floor create a unique space.
