House at DLF 2
The house is an exploration of modesty and purity achieved by its simple but detailed execution. Huge window with horizontal louvres on façade gives a very modern look to the house, use of glass in railing further adds to transparent looks of the house. Side entrance to the house is through glass steps dramatized by use of water drain on either side and forming a small pool underneath. Ground floor has a drawing, dinning and two bedrooms with swimming pool at the rear of the house. The interior of each room has been done to give a character to it whereas staircase forms a transitional space between two lobbies. Front bedroom on first floor is designed as master bedroom with toilet being a part of it separated by sliding doors otherwise kept open. The treatment is very modern and contemporary in style.
