Niit Imeria
An office space of 1100 square metres had dual usage as an office and classrooms for its allied facilities. The design required to segregate two spaces and at the same time take into account the common usage spaces. The plan, being a rectangular, has a central corridor which connects all the spaces. Recording studios and the head office are located at one corner, isolating it from student's area. The longitudinal corridor which connects all the spaces and acts as a transitional area has been treated with interesting elements on the walls as well as on the ceiling.
