Giuseppe Terragni's last project before he died at the age of 39 was Casa Giuliani Frigero. The housing complex is just 100 metres away from his first project, the Novocomum. This block is much smaller but the façades are much more complex. The Novocomum was a benchmark in the search for modern forms and the Casa Giuliani Frigero is a well-designed last composition in Terragni's Rationalist oeuvre.
