Ca' Pesaro - Galleria d'Arte Moderna Renovation
In 2005, Boris Podrecca completed the redesign of the interior of the Museum of Modern Art of Venice, situated within the Ca' Pesaro palace, a building from the seventeenth century. The intervention is visible especially at ground floor: a new bar and a nice courtyard with a peculiar well are the most interesting features. The rest of the intervention uses iron, stainless steel and glass as the main materials for presenting the artworks. A new staircase, made of steel and glass, is placed to allow extra access to the building offices.
