My Ithaka is called after the Isle of the king Odysseus. Ithaka means being on your way to your dream destination. This both commercial and residential complex has a big garden with organic swimming pool in the middle (not public). In the old sayings Ithaka is a sand castle, the building has been build with the same structure, the organic swimming pool is symbolising the water of the sand castle.
