Two wooden warehouses for industrial use, office and living are built on the site of the old shipyard 'De Walvis'. The warehouses are located on the corner of the canals Realengracht and Bickersgracht on Prinseneiland in Amsterdam. The warehouses are positioned in such a way that the view is optimized on both canals. A third warehouse will be added to finish the complex. The new warehouses fit seamlessly in the old character of Prinseneiland with a diversity of warehouses and canal houses.
