Renovation Private House
The original private house was built around 1930 in the outskirts of Arnhem.
The house is completely renovated and adapted to the wishes of the new residents.
On the ground floor the separate rooms are transformed into a continuous living space with kitchen, dining and living area. Big windows and doors are made to get more daylight into the living area and see and feel the surrounding garden. A floating balcony at the back elevation connects the living space with the garden.
