This office building is characterised by it’s glass walls. Also the inside walls between the offices and the hallways are mostly made out of glass. To protect the interior from overheating from the sun due to the glass walls, there are wooden shutters placed on the outside of the building. Between the front wall and the shutters, there are balconies for the window washers. The cafeteria is placed on the left side of the building, straight true the shutters. The little house on the front side, is the entrance of the office building. Because of the smart design of the building, it’s easily to expand on the backside. The building is also very green, because of the ventilation system and the heat recovery system. Also, the lights can stay off during the day, because of the glass walls.
