Urban Villa Laguna

At the 'Bergse Plaat', an expansion area in Bergen op Zoom, six architects designed six different urban villas, each containing about fifteen apartments. To gain maximal sun and the best possible view, every apartment has at least one façade facing south. All apartments are grouped around a central hall. The lower level, with water and garden, offers the possibility to park cars or bicycles. The level above holds the formal entrance, attainable through a wooden deck. Both levels are connected by a vide.
