An infamous neighbourhood on the sea dike, between the old Scheveningen village and the sea harbour, was demolished to build a new residential building designed for the future. The new clearly structured and enclosed building block restores the gap between the existing buildings. At the gently sloping inner court a big soft dune garden gives space for a playing ground for children. The multifunctional brick building offers kindergarten and commercial space with large housing differentiation in a pure, simple and systematic framework. All apartments will profit from its beautiful location near the seaside. There are dwellings with a view on the village and the harbour; two sided oriented dwellings and top-penthouses with sea view!
