Multifunctional Facilities Cluster E1

The various functions are housed in a single building. In conformance with the town planning master plan the building had to have the external appearance of a single building . The chosen design was a rectangular block using a single material for the façade (that has a window layout corresponding to each individual function with differentiation for special functions). Each functional area has its own entrance, the traffic flows are separated. The construction of the parking garage was normative for the functions housed above it, which resulted in creative solutions. Special attention was given to the various requirements of the individual functions in relation to each other in the area of architectural and acoustic separations, installations and fire safety measures. The school building design is bright and transparent.
