These 44 dwellings are grouped onto one island of patio houses. MVRDV suggested an introversion that would cover the demands of people with a more individual lifestyle within a densifying society. All the rooms in these houses are directed towards the private patio offering total privacy. Each house has a direct access to the street (text from website architects).
