Building VS

On a former parking lot in the south west corner of the Philips Business Park 15,000 square meters office space and a underground parking garage are developed. The choice to bring parking below the ground was one of the key components of the masterplan of Juurlink & Geluk. By doing so they were able to bring the forest onto the terrain. The offices are aligned in a strip and on the interesting border between buildings and forest a promenade was designed. Every office building has an entrance along the promenade and a view on the forest.
