The Mixed Maartensdijkse Hockeyclub Voordaan is an ambitious sports club in the green surroundings of Groenekan near Utrecht. Now it is a transparent building, well protected by a wooden clad façade and roof. The pavilion is set on a platform and opens towards the main fields thus keeping the spectators in contact with the players and each other.
