This 60 meter long office building is built on linear terrain in the middle of the harbour next to a container park. On the ground floor are the technical spaces and garages. The corridor on the first floor is totally transparent, connecting the canteen and the meeting room that are at opposite ends of the building. In between, the offices have windows on the open land and glass on the corridor side.
