The plan for the 'Lemmenskamp' provides for expansion and renovation of an existing nursing home with sheltered accommodation units as well as private houses and joined care facilities. The design of the expansion is used to solve some problems in the existing lay out of the site. The new building is lifted and forms a landmark. It opens to the surroundings creating an open, transparent and inviting area for the people who live and work on the site as well as for the visitors and neighbours of the town.
