This building is a unique proposal that stands above other buildings of similar characteristics because of its façade geometry and materials. The composition of the facade gives it a contemporary and unique look, where the different treatments on each floor allow each office to have a single image. We identified a frame to develop it in, so that we could accomplish a transition between our building and the others next door. The different-width stripe discontinuity turns also the elevation in an artistic composition that differs from from the traditional 'curtain wall' facades. The aluminium blinds create a difference between building functions; the first two floors are parking, the other ten are offices. The hall has a graphic treatment in which the name of the building can be read in different levels along the wall; this treatment guides the visitor toward the elevators. Lights an a red cube are the main characters of this space.
