Gencz Settlement

Komorowice is located south of the suburbs of Wroclaw city, only 4 km away from its boundaries. It is here, in the surroundings of forests, walking and bicycle routes along the Slesa River, that building corporation Budmax decided on making a huge investment in some logistically closed stages. Within one of these, there will be erected 4 kinds of buildings: residential houses according to individual projects, spacious single-family and double-family houses, and semi-high standard flats made in natural stone with ALU-windows. On the area of the settlement one will also find: a commercial and service centre, recreation areas as well as a settlement monitoring centre.
