The main idea of the project aimed at creating a dense complex of houses of various usable areas. Corner buildings measure 183 and 163 sqm, while smaller segments in a row are 130 and 152 sqm. Large window panes of sitting rooms and bedrooms blend the interior with a natural scenery. The essential solution of the complex was situating terraces at attics, from which extends a superb view on vast green areas of Krakow. Elevations were covered with plaster work, and finished with wood and titanium-zinc sheet. The front of the house, as opposed to the garden side, does not bear marks of typical divisions into segments. It is only the ground floor that was demarcated by a line which defined individual segments. It is reached by an original and homogeneous elevation, enriched with protruding boxes, covered with titanium-zinc sheet.
