Platinium Business Park

Five office buildings will form an urban quarter in what was once an industrial area and now an office area in Sluzewiec. The complex will neighbour on a group of offices that make up the Mokotów Business Park. The underlying compositional concept aims to create a clear layout of peripheral development and diversify the external and internal character of the quarter. Each building consists of two parts: an elongated rectangle forming part of the street frontage, and a nearly regular cube set in a freely planned green garden interior. The diversified formula of the façades of the different components emphasizes their different roles in the urban space. Dense vertical divisions of street-facing elevations of stainless-steel elements contrast with the glazed cubes featuring large horizontal divisions (text from architect's website).
