The building has 4 ateliers for young artists. Its location, right next to the river "Douro" has a wonderful view of the "D. Luiz I" Bridge, the river and the south coast of the city of "Gaia". This project integrates a system of platforms and granite walls in stories and stairs that connects the building to the street at the ground level. The great sensibility and beautifulness of the urban tissue and it's great presence in the site conducted to the option of creating a building that is discreet. The object consists in an association of two planes in "sandwich", with glass walls over a platform.
