The new proposal is a piece of 36 x 100 m where light control is established for the various functions. They used primary colours because the colour is always statement and focuses the eye of the beholder. The windows are stained blue and red flood the structure that it is even more defined framing place, tinting of life, filling that space, inside and out. The skylights are the clock time. The orange frames the light to disappear by being absorbed by it. The enclosure of concrete, the wall is cut by creating slits of light, half-closed walls. The perforated sheet, the veil is transparent, intimate , but at the same time relationship.
