This housing scheme for 198 homes lies on the western edge of Alcobendas and was won by competition. It is constructed from concrete panels. In some locations, such an approach would be unacceptable, because of the stigma attached to the material. In spite of this, the scheme is in very good condition and appears well maintained. The project comprises of six linear blocks and two smaller towers. Four blocks are arranged almost perpendicularly off the main road in such a way that at first glance they seem to be touching. Two smaller blocks and the two towers are located away from the road, at the rear of the site.
