The complete refurbishment of this office building with serious structural problems allowed its transformation into a corporate building. It took into account the need to achieve a high level of flexibility and required services, as well as designing a new façade that identifies it as a modern corporate building, using colour as a differentiating tool. On the façade, transparent, coloured glass slats form a plane in front of the enclosure. The set changes gradually in colour and density. Horizontally, the gradation of colour varies from yellow to orange tones, borrowing awnings on the balconies that surround it. Vertically, the density of the slats is determined by the solar radiation and the size of the street that makes protection on the higher levels more necessary. The forging of the ground floor was rebuilt to the street level elevation, while the forging of the basement was raised to obtain an underdevelopment of the parking ramp.
