The site of this project had a trapezoidal shape with regard to the north-facing street and south side of the parcel. The elongated proportion of the lot forced the architect to design a pattern of longitudinal aisles, parallel to the street. This positions the classrooms on the south side, facing the courtyard, and the services to the north side, facing the street. The building is formed by three volumes, two classrooms at the two ends and a central hall and kitchen, which act as a separator in the middle of these classrooms. The volumes are organized to give space to the street side to generate a generous access.
