Museum Liner is located in the Swiss village of Appenzell and exhibits artworks of the twentieth century. The entrance is located to the south, behind which a series of exhibition rooms unfolds, in declining order of volume. To the north, a reading and media room closes this series. The walls of the rooms were deliberately kept devoid of ornament, with white walls and a poured concrete floor making up the surfaces. This way the artworks on display get a surrounding as solemnly as possible.
