The composition for this private house in Kharkov, Ukraine, consists of two units: a garage unit with guestrooms and a manor. Floating above a sloping valley, the cubic space of the manor overlooks a green grove. The centre of the square-shaped internal space accommodates the patio of the 'winter garden', which creates a three-tier ensemble. Between the 'tier' of the living room and the 'tier' of the swimming pool lies the 'tier' of the tropical garden.
