Terminal-Operations Building

Drawing on their experience of designing an air traffic control tower for Edinburgh Airport, REID Architecture went on to design a fluid terminal building for Farnborough Airport. The form refers explicitly to the aerodynamic lines of an aircraft wing. The material -aluminium- not only reinforces this image but is also, like the zinc on the tower in Edinburgh, low maintenance.
