Barker Block is a vibrant new loft community in the downtown LA Arts District. It is an adaptive reuse of an historic warehouse, with many re-purposed original and historic elements like exposed rafters showing a century of character, period wood floors and brick walls from the early 1900s. These act as a backdrop to modern finishes, designer cabinetry and stainless appliances. Totally authentic and entirely one of a kind - this is true loft.
